Biology course, Class secretary and treasurer Freshman year; member graduating committee, Alpha Chi, Linonia, and The Cloister and Book and Snake Engaged in assaying and mining m Colorado 1880-83 and m stock raising and breeding m Atkinson, Nebr , m association with his brothers and under the name Doohtde Brothers 1883-1900, rancher m North Platte smce 1900, member Masomc order and Church of Our Saviour (Episcopal), North Platte Marned December 17,1884, in Atkinson, Lillian Gertrude, daughter of Andrew David and Adeline Brown Chddren Mdton Elkanah (died m 1919), Warren Andrew (Umversity of Nebraska ex-'10), Thomas Pangborn, Florence Adeline (died in 1907), Emdy Jane, the wife of Gustave Wienbarg, and Hosmer Brown Mrs Doohtde died October 15, 1928. Death due to bronchial pneumoma. Buned in North Platte Cemetery Survived by three sons, one daughter, nine grandchddren, and two great- grandchddren. Martin Edward Jensen, Ph.B. 1880. Bom October 14, 1859, in Cleveland, Ohio. Died October 6, 1938, in Norwich, Conn. Father, Julius Bartholf Jensen, a merchant m Cleveland Mother, Ameha Jensen. Brooks Academy, Cleveland Chemistry course, editor Yale Daily News Semor year; member Casmo and Billiard clubs, York Hall and Chi Phi (delegate to convention Semor year). Taught mathematics and science Brooks Academy 1880-81 and Norwich Free Academy 1881 until 1901 when ill-health forced retirement' from teaching profession; engaged as pubhc accountant 1905-38, city treasurer Norwich 1903-05, moderator for first distnct at city and town elections for many years, member Board of Park Commissioners 1911-17 and 1925-38 and of the Gas and Electncal Commission 1907-10 and 1919-24; a corporator of the Chelsea Savmgs Bank; secretary and treasurer Norwich Industnal Improvement Company, treasurer Ufford Textde Company 1934-38; contnbuted short stories to Golf, Century, and New England Magazine, and verses to Lippincotts; member Trinity Church (Episcopal), Norwich Marned July 2, 1883, in Norwich, Susan May, daughter of Henry Lester and Anne (Roath) Parker.
