Buried m Woodlawn Cemetery, New York City Survived by wife, son, three grandchddren, two sisters, Miss Ella Howard Davison of Millbrook and New York City, and Mrs Regmald Pownall of England, and a brother, Henry J Davison, Jr (LLB Columbia 1884) Frederick James Mann, Ph.B. 1890.
