Bom March 2, 1875, in Meriden, Conn Died June 13, 1939, in New Haven, Conn Father, Montgomery Randolph Budd, a sdversrmth m Meriden, son of Darnel Sniffen and Prudence (Brown) Budd of Rye, N Y. Mother, Louisa (Dryhurst) Budd; daughter of Harry and Ellenor (Lewis) Dry- hurst of Birmingham, England, and Meriden Yale relatives mclude a nephew, John J Budd, '30.
