Died July 6, 1939, in New York City Father, Clarence Mott Woolley, LL.D , chairman of the board Amencan Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corporation, New York City; son of Smith Rensselaer and Mane Richardson (Smith) Woolley of Detroit, Mich Mother, Isabelle McKindley (Baker) Woolley; daughter of Leonard D and Mary (McKindley) Baker of Kenosha, Wis. Phillips-Andover Member busmess board Yale Record; captam Freshman Indoor Polo Team and of Umversity Indoor Polo Team Jumor and Semor years; on University Polo Team three years; manager 150-pound Football Team Junior year; a cheer leader Semor year; member Timothy Dwight College (Class agent for the college), Amalfi, Haunt, and Fence clubs, Mohicans, and Scroll and Key.
