Survived by chddren, two grandchddren, three sisters, Mrs Charles W Weston and Mrs Edward J. Swords, both of Montclair, and Miss Grace M. Simmons of South West Harbor, Mame, and a brother, Charles Herbert Simmons of New York City Another brother, Frank H. Simmons, '98, died m 1937.
