Died March 15,1940, in Meriden, Conn Father, Edgar Adams Wdson, ex-77 (M D Umv of Pennsylvania 1881), an ophthalmologist m Menden; son of Grove Hernck Wdson (M D Berkshire Medical Institution 1849) and Margaret (Adams) Wdson of Menden Mother, Ida May (Beach) Wdson; daughter of George and Lydia Gnfhn (Redfield) Beach of Menden. Yale relatives mclude a cousm, Richard F Seidensticker, '07 Menden High School and Williston Academy; attended Yale School of Medicme 1906-10 (M D 1910, associate editor Year Book; member Nu Sigma Nu), interne New Haven Hospital 1910-11, St Francis Hospital, Hartford, Conn., six months 1912, and Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital three months 1913; practiced medicme m Menden 1913-40, specializing m diseases of the ear, nose, and throat; cluneal assistant in otology Yale School of Medicine 1916-17 and m laryngology 1917-22, on staff Menden Hospital and Masomc Home, Walhngford; an organizer, first president, and director Menden Visiting Nurses; secretary Menden Medical Advisory Board February 7, 1918-March 31, 1919; Second Lieutenant, Ambulance Company No 2, Connecticut State Guard, First Lieutenant January 25,1918, and Captam December 2,1919; fellow Amencan Medical Association, member Masomc order and First Congregational Church, Menden Marned June 18, 1914, in Menden, Juha Ehzabeth, daughter of Mathew Elmer and Elsie (Thompson) Trewhella.
