Marned October 22, 1884, m Bedford, Ind, Angehne Charlotte, daughter of Rev John Walls and Amanda Lee (Purcell) Walls Son, Raymond Francis. Death due to arteriosclerosis. Buned m Mount Hope Cemetery, Rochester Survived by wife, son, one granddaughter, and a brother, Julian Woodard of Long Beach, Cahf. Cornelius Howard Patton, B.D. 1886. Bom December 25, i860, tn Chicago, III. Died August 17,1939, in Waterville Valley, NH. Father, Rev. Wilham Weston Patton, D.D , LL D (B A. New York Umv 1839), a clergyman; president Howard Umversity 1877-89, son of Rev Dr Wilham Patton and Mary (Weston) Patton of New York City Mother, Mary Boardman (Smith) Patton; daughter of Normand and Caroline (Danforth) Smith of Hartford, Conn. Yale relatives mclude a nephew, Roger P. Welles,'24 Howard Umversity and Emerson Institute, Washmgton, D C , B A.
