Death due to artenosclerosis and cerebral thrombosis. Buned in Belleville Cemetery. Survived by wife, chddren, two grandchddren, a sister, Miss Rose Budd of London, England, and two brothers, Rev. Albert Edward Budd (Albert Coll. 1904) of Vernon, N Y, and Harry Wilham Budd of Vancouver, Wash Guy Winston Churchill, B.D. 1922. Born December 21,1888, near Monroe, Iowa. Died October 3,1939, in Minneapolis, Minn. Father, Howell Levi Churchill, a farmer m Monroe; son of Levi Morse and Ehza (Smith) Churchill of Green County, Wis Mother, Emma (Robinson) Churchill; daughter of Cyrus and Harnet (Pierce) Robmson of Green County, Wis Central Academy, Pella, Iowa; Mus.B. Central College, Pella, 1912; taught music m Praine City and Monroe, Iowa, for a short time; teacher of piano, organ, and theory m Osage, Iowa, 1913-14 and Chicago 1915-17, pnvate Hospital Umt, U S Army, and secretary Y.M C A.
