Father, John Henry Bergm, a merchant m Waterbury; son of Wilham Francis Bergm of Waterbury Mother, Mana (Reid) Bergm, daughter,of Garrett and Honora (Dillon) Reid of Waterbury Crosby High School, Waterbury, attended Niagara Umversity 1904- 06 and Yale School of Law 1906-09 (LL B 1909), admitted to the bar 1909 and had smce practiced law m Waterbury, member Waterbury Board of Education 1912-16, Board of Aldermen 1930-32, Waterbury Bar Association, and St Margaret's Church (Roman Catholic), Waterbury Married November 4, 1913, m Brooklyn, N.Y, Ldy, daughter of Thomas and Ehzabeth (McNulty) Quinlan Chddren. Kathleen Anne (B A Umv of Connecticut 1936), Ehzabeth Gertrude, and Jane Mane. Death due to coronary occlusion Buned m Old St Joseph's Cemetery, Waterbury Survived by wife, chddren, two sisters, Mrs Harry Parsons and Mrs John Hayden, and a brother, Charles C. Bergm (died 1936) Fred Albert Reilley, LL.B. 1911. Born December 31,1883, tn Schenevus, N.Y. Died January 21,1939, m Springfield, Mass Father, James Charles Redley, a worker on monuments m Springfield, son of Michael and Rose Anna (Donahue) Reilley of New York City Mother, Katherine Ehzabeth (Chapman) Reilley, daughter of Patrick and Mary (Lynch) Chapman of Ireland, and Uxbndge, Mass. Springfield High School; attended Yale School of Law 1908-11 (LL B. 1911; Freshman Track Team; on Umversity Track Team Jumor and Semor years, went to England with Yale-Harvard track team 1911); admitted to Massachusetts bar 1911; practiced law m Springfield 1911-39 (member firm Green & Bennett 1911-15 and of Reilley & Henehan 1916-18), member Massachusetts Bar Association and Holy Famdy Church (Roman Cathohc), Springfield. Unmarned Death due to cerebral hemorrhage. Buried m St Michael's Cemetery, Springfield Survived by a sister, Mrs George Henry Busiere, and four brothers, Charles Patnck Reilley, Thomas Henry Reilley, Simon Arthur Reilley, and Wilham Smith Reilley, all of Springfield.
