Father, Maunce Wilham Teehan, a hotel keeper m Worcester; son of Wdham and Mary (McGilhcuddy) Teehan of Ireland. Mother, Cathenne Josephine Mane (Daley) Teehan; daughter of John and Ellen (Keefe) Daley of Ireland. Worcester High School; attended Yale School of Medicme 1903-07 (MD. 1907); interne Kings Park (NY.) State Hospital 1907-08 and Wilham W. Backus Hospital, Norwich, Conn, 1008-09; physician and surgeon m Providence 1909-26; specialized in diseases of ear, eye, nose, and throat 1926-41; on staff St. Joseph's and Rhode Island hospitals, medical inspector Providence schools 1912-17; fellow Amencan Medical Association; member Rhode Island Medical Society and St. Matthew's Church (Roman Catholic), Cranston. Marned October 14,1917, m Providence, Vesta Nma Pearle, daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Gourley) Tomdson. Son. George Edward (B A. Brown Umv 1940, M A. 1941) Death due to coronary thrombosis. Mother, Mary (Lloyd) Cunningham; daughter of Patnck and Mary (Haley) Lloyd of Norwich.
