Father, David Rinehart, a farmer in Fredencktown; son of Adam and Martha (Bonar) Rinehart Mother, Harnet Ehzabeth (Darling) Rinehart, daughter of Abraham and Harnet (Rdey) Darling Fredencktown High School, read law and taught school in Ohio 1883-85, deputy postmaster Fredencktown 1885-86, attended Yale School of Law 1886-89 (LLB cum laude 1888; LLM 1889; member Corbey Court, assistant hbranan Law School 1888-89), admitted to Flonda bar 1889 and to practice before Umted States Supreme Court 1900, lawyer m Jacksonville 18 89-1941 (associated with Colonel Horatio Bisbee 1889-97, member Axtell & Rinehart 1901-35 and Rinehart, Coulter & Conroy 1938-41), on city councd 1901-03; a founder and trustee Jacksonville Free Pubhc Library (vice-president of the board 1903-21 and president 1921-41), member Jacksonville Bar Association (president 1899), Flonda and Amencan Bar associations, Amencan Social Science Association, and First Presbytenan Church, Jacksonville (ruling elder since about 1895) Marned December 27,1892, m Fredencktown, Maude Ahce, daughter of Samuel Jacob and Mary Ann (McFarland) Castner.
