88 Yale University Obituary Record cesan Church and Missionary Society, Commission on Social Service, and Diocesan Board of Religious Education, Diocese of New York; chaplain Bronx chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and Masonic order; associate curator of coins, Yale University, with special charge of those in modern and medieval periods, 1931-44; in 1934 elected a founder of the Museum of the City .of New York, member Order of Founders and Patriots of America, Society of Colonial Wars, Society of the Sons of the Revolution, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Sons of Veterans of the United States of America, Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States, American Numismatic Association, American Numismatic Society, and Masonic order. Unmarried. Death due to a heart attack Buried in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, N Y Survived by no immediate relatives. In 1927 the Rev Mr. Owen presented to the Yale University Library his collection of coins from many parts of the world, and since then had made many additions to the numismatic collection. Amos Richards Eno Pinchot, B.A. 1897. Born December 6, 1873, in Pans, France. Died February 18, 1944, in New Yor\ City Father, James Wallace Pinchot (M A. Hon. 1905), a merchant in New York City; one of the founders of the Yale School of Forestry, Yale Summer School of Forestry, Milford, Pa , and Milford Forest Experiment Station; son of Cyril Constantme Desire and Ehza (Cross) Pinchot of Milford Mother, Mary Jane (Eno) Pinchot; daughter of Amos Richards and Lucy Jane (Phelps) Eno of New York City. Yale relatives include: Noah A. Phelps (BA. 1783) (great-great-uncle); Ehsha Phelps (B.A. 1800) (great-grandfather); Henry C. Eno (B.A. i860), John C. Eno (B A. 1869), and William P Eno, '82 (uncles), Henry Lane Eno, '94 (cousin); and Gifford B Pinchot, '38 (nephew) Westminster School, Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. Second colloquy appointment Junior and Senior years; treasurer Class boat club Freshman and Sophomore years; Senior Promenade Committee, member Golf Club (on executive committee Senior year), Dunham Boat Club, University Club, He Boule, Psi Upsilon, and Skull and Bones. Enlisted Troop A, New York Volunteer Cavalry, May 18, 1898; sent to Camp Alger, Va ; attached to Army headquarters in Puerto Rico; discharged August 20, 1898, attended Columbia University School of Law 1897-98 and New York Law School 1899-1900; admitted to the bar 1900;
