Mother, Martha Elizabeth (Baker) Schley, daughter of George Elhs and Evelyn (Stevens) Baker of Tuxedo Park, N Y Yale relatives include: Reeve Schley, '03 (cousin), Max H Behr, '05 S. (brother- in-law); Grant B. Schley, 2d, ^-'32, and Grant B. Schley, 3d, Class of 1945W (nephews). The Hotchkiss School, Lakeville, Conn, and St. Paul's School, Concord, N.H Select course; Class deacon Freshman year; Senior Promenade Committee; member University Club and St Elmo and Delta Phi. Traveled around the world 1902-03, associated with Moore & Schley 1903-44 (partner since 1908); chairman board of directors Elliott-Fisher Company 1918-44 (vice-president 1918), member finance committee Underwood-Elliott-Fisher Company 1927-44, vice-president Electric Storage Battery Company, Philadelphia, 1918-44; member executive committee and director Tel Autograph Corporation; operated a 2,000 acre farm with herd of black Angus beef cattle at Lamington, N J , a founder Essex Fox Hounds, Far Hills, N J., 1911 and later joint master, vestryman St. Luke's Church (Episcopal), Gladstone, N J Married June 8, 1912, in Hyde Park, N.Y, Ellen Habersham, daughter of Archibald Rogers, '73 S, and Anne Caroline (Coleman) Rogers, and sister of Edmund P Rogers, '05, Rae H Rogers, ex-io, and Herman L Rogers,'14 Children Anne Caroline, the wife of John Richard Webb, and Kenneth Baker, Jr. (B.A. Princeton 1941). Death due to carcinoma. Buried in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bernards- ville, N J. Survived by wife, children, two grandchildren, and a brother, Evander B. Schley, '04 S Another brother, Chaloner B Schley, '00 S., died in 1917. Thomas Hilton Williams, Ph.B. 1903. Born April 20, 1881, in Jersey City, N.J Died March 9, 1944, in Jersey City, N.J Father, Thomas Hilton Williams, manufacturer of radiators in Jersey City, son of William and Eliza Ann (Hilton) Williams of Peekskill, N Y Mother, Fannie Wylder (Holden) Williams; daughter of David LeCain and Ann Mana (Jones) Holden of Jersey City.
