Born October 10, 1912, in Krzemiemec, Poland Died November 18, 1943, in Portland, Ore. Father, Echiel Michael Lehrer, a merchant in Walla Walla, Wash ; son of Hirsch Lehrer of Krzemiemec. Mother, Made (Rojch) Lehrer Walla Walla High School, B A Whitman College 1934 (member Sigma Chi and Delta Sigma Rho), attended Yale School of Law 1934-37 (LL B 1937; member Thomas Swan Barristers Union), admitted to Washington bar 1937 and to practice before Supreme Court of the United States 1942, associated with Cookingham & Hanley, lawyers, Portland, 1937-42, attorney Bonneville Power Administration, Portland, 1942-43; member Bnai Bnth Congregation, Portland Married December 14, 1940, in Tacoma, Wash, Mary Gail Harvey (B A.
