William Appleton McConnel, B.A. 1890. Bom October 23, 1866, in West Bridgewater, Pa. Died June 5,1945, in Beaver, Pa. Father, William Phillips McConnel of Beaver; engaged in manufacturing and river steamboat enterprises; son of James and Elvira (Phillips) McConnel of Freedom, Pa Mother, Lydia Ann (Stewart) McConnel; daughter of Charles and Pnscilla (Appleton) Stewart.
