Married June 10, 1897, in Dover, Mary Pepperrell Frost (B A. Smith Coll 1894), daughter of George Seward Frost (B A. Harvard 1865, M.A. 1868) and Martha Hale (Low) Frost. Sons: George Frost, '24, and Charles Henry, '29 Death due to coronary occlusion. Buried in Pine Hill Cemetery, Dover. Survived by wife, sons, two grandchildren, and a sister, Miss Elizabeth Coffin Sawyer of Exeter, N.H Charles Rives Skinker, B.A. 1894. Born December 18,1870, in St. Louis, Mo. Died March 21, 1945, in La Jolla, Calif. Father, Thomas Keith Skinker (B.A. Washington University 1863; Umv Virginia Law School 1866-67),a lawyer in St. Louis, son of Thomas Skinker (BA. Union Coll 1825) and Jane (Neilson) Skinker of St. Louis. Mother, Adela Bertha (Rives) Skinker, daughter of Alexander Rives (Umv. Virginia 1828-29) and Isabella Bachem (Wydown) Rives of Charlottesville, Va Yale relatives include two cousins, William Maffitt, '93, and Thomas S Maffitt, '99.
