Son* John Frye, '31. Death due to acute coronary insufficiency. Buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster, Mass. Survived by wife, son, a grandson, and a brother, Sidney Eugene Bell of Leominster. William Francis Dominick, B.A. 1898. Born September 21,1875, in New Yor\ City. Died January 16, 1945, tn Greenwich, Conn. Father, William Gayer Dominick, member Dominick & Dickerman, bankers and brokers, New York City; son of William Francis and Lydia Gardner (Wells) Dominick of New York City. Mother, Anne deWitt (Marshall) Dominick; daughter of Henry Perry and Cornelia (Conrad) Marshall. Yale relatives include: Bayard Dominick, '94, George F. Dominick, Jr, '94, Lamont Domimck, '95, Morris Groves, '99, Everett Dominick, '04, and Gayer G. Dominick, '09 (cousins). "The Hotchkiss School, Lakeville, Conn. Second banjo club Sophomore year; University Banjo and Mandolin clubs Jumor and Senior years; member Psi Upsdon. Attended Columbia Umversity School of Architecture 1898-1901 (B S 1901); studied at Beaux Arts ateliers, France, 1901-02; architect in New York City 1902-44; associated with McKim, Mead & White 1902-05 and Schickel & Ditmars 1905-06, independendy engaged 1906-42; partner William Dominick, Coffin & Coffin 1943-44 (appointed by Mayor La- Guardia to design large postwar school project); designed Christ Church and Riverside School, Greenwich, many city and country homes, banks, and churches; associate architect, appointed by Mayor of New York, of Red Hook Houses, a federal housing project in Brooklyn; served with Battery F, Field Artillery, during World War I; member American Institute of Architects (awarded certificate of merit for excellence*in small house design 1941) and Round Hill Community Church, Greenwich. Married November 25,1902, in New York City, Mary Stimson, daughter of Theodore Weston (BA. 1853) and Catherine Boudinot (Stimson) Weston, sister of Frederick W Weston, '99, and half sister of Theodore W. Weston, '85. Children* William Gayer, '25, Theodore Weston, '31, DeWitt, '30, and Catherine Boudinot, the widow of Alexander G. Walcott, '32. Death due to occlusion of coronary artery. Ashes interred in Woodlawn Cemetery, New York City. Survived by wife, children, eight grandchildren, and three sisters, Alice D Simmons, the widow of Frank H. Simmons, '98, Mrs James D. Pell, and Mrs. C. L. Buchanan.
