238 Yale University Obituary Record Dorpthy May (Edgerton) Bronson (BA Umv Minnesota 1921), daughter of Wilson Freemont and Electa (Blodgett) Edgerton Yale relatives include an uncle, James D Bronson, Jr, '26 Shattuck School, Faribault, Minn , enlisted as private Army Enlisted Reserve Corps May 15, 1943 Entered Yale in July, 1943 Member St Paul's Church (Episcopal), Minneapolis Unmarried Withdrew from college November 9, 1943, inducted into service at Fort Snelhng in November, 1943, with rank of corporal and assigned to Infantry Officers Training School, Fort Benning, promoted sergeant March, 1944, in charge light machine gun group, 346th Infantry Regiment, Fort Jackson, about April i-October, 1944, went overseas in October, 1944, and stationed in Scotland, in November, 1944, his regiment was transferred to France and became part of General Patton's Third Army, invalided as a result of severe frost bite and dysentery contracted in the Battle of the Bulge in December, 1944 Sergeant Bronson died as a result of peritonitis and pneumonia which complicated an acute fulminating colitis into which his illness had developed Buried in U S Military Cemetery, which is part of the Cemetery of Ste Mere Eghse, at Blosville, France Survived by parents, a sister, Mrs Nancy Bronson Anderly of Brainerd, Minn, and a brother, Edgerton Bronson of Minneapolis GEORGE EDGAR MOULTHROP PHB 1884 Bom October 5, 1864, in Cheshire, Conn Died February 24, 1942, tn San Francisco, Cahf Father, A T Moulthrop Hillhouse High School, New Haven, Conn Civil engineering course Engaged in surveying and railroad building with Union Pacific Railway Company in Montana, Idaho, and other western states, 1884-94, mining engineer and examiner of reports on mining properties in the West, with headquarters in Butte, Mont, 1894-98, mining engineer Boston & Montana Consolidated Copper & Silver Mining Company, Butte (superintendent Pennsylvania mine), successively associated with Red Metal Mining Company and Anaconda Copper Mining Company, Butte; after retirement sometime before 1929 had resided in Mill Valley and San Francisco; member Episcopal church Married in 1897, France Hannegan. Son: George Raymond, '30 Death due to peritonitis Buried in Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, San Mateo County, Cahf Survived by wife and son MARK MILTON FISHEL PHB 1893 Born May 5,1 1872, in Portland, Ore.
