Married December 6, 1908, in Johnson- burg, Pa., Bessie Winifred, daughter of Charles and Isabella (Gage) Holes. Daughter. Effie Mae (Art School, Rochester Inst. Technology, Class of 1930), the wife of Harold Frederick Andrews. Mrs. Warner died February 15, 1938 Death due to accidental burns from a grass fire. Father, Charles Clucas of Fairfield, Conn, a real-estate broker in New York City; son of Henry Clucas of Cliftondale, Mass. Mother, Mary Baker (Welch) Clucas, daughter of James Edward and Ehzabeth (Eustis) Welch of Brooklyn, Conn. Yale relatives include a nephew, Lowell M Clucas, Jr, '39. Lakewood Heights School, Lakewood, N J, and Philhps-Andover. On board Yale Daily News four years (assignment editor Senior year); an editor Yale Pot-Poum Senior year; University Water Polo Team Junior and Senior years; on race committee Yale Corinthian Yacht Club Senior year, member Delta Kappa Epsilon and Scroll and Key. Engaged in banking business in New York City 1904-48; clerk Redmond & Company July-December, 1904; broker with Coffin & Company December, 1904- 6; partner Gilman & Clucas, investments and banking, 1906-18 and senior partner of its successor E. W. Esty (B.A 1845) and Emily S (March) Esty. Mother, Georgella Grace (Harrington) Esty, daughter of John M and Lucy (Warren) Harrington Framingham High School and Frammgham Academy. Oration appointment Junior and Senior years, College Choir Junior and Senior years, member Psi Upsilon Engaged in lumber business with classmate Francis E Howland in Asheville, N C, 1904, secretary Palacios Land & Fruit
