ALBERT STANLEY McKERN M A I913 Died June 16, 1945, in Belalau, Sumatra BA University of Sydney 1911; MA Yale 1913, M B and Ch B University of Edinburgh 1917, registered in Scotland as physician 1917, on Scottish War Emergency Medical Committee, Armadale, 1918- 19, physician in Blantyne, Scotland, 1919- 21 and Straits Settlements, Malaya, 1921- 42; taken prisoner by Japanese in February, 1942 Dr McKern married and had three sons, Ralph Noel, Kenneth, and Eric Ronald Mrs McKern is deceased. Dr McKern died while a civilian internee m Belalau Survived by sons. HSING-JEN FEI MA I914 Born November 15, 1886, near Peking, China Died December 8, 1946, in Peking, China.
