Abstract: In an outdoor setting, a bare-chested Lord Thurlow, his judge's wig at his feet, faces a bare-chested Charles Fox in a boxing match over the proposed regulation of the fees of the Exchequer Officers. Rigby's, proposition to exempt him from this new regulation was opposed in Parliament by Fox. The contenders'seconds are Rigby for Thurlow and Sheridan for Fox
