Abstract: An election-procession lead by the Duchess of Devonshire marches towards the hustings, indicated by a corner of the pediment of St. Paul's Church. Other marches include her sister Lady Duncannon and perhaps Mrs. Crewe who wear the emblems of the Prince of Wales -- the ostrich plumes and of Fox. Each holds an election placard, one of which proclaims "No tax on maid-servants."
