The idea of this print originated with Mr. W-n, who wrote the 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and the two last lines ... Design consists of twenty-three figures in three rows, with lines of verse etched above each figure and two lines etched below the final two figures. Sheet trimmed within plate mark on three edges. Not in the Catalogue of prints and drawings in the British Museum. Division I, political and personal satires. Temporary local subject terms: Clergy -- Verses on clergymen. Watermark: 1797 J.
