Design is nearly identical to that of a print entitled "Batchelor's fare, bread cheese and kisses," which was etched by Rowlandson and published 10 February 1814 by Thomas Tegg. Cf. No. 12400 in the Catalogue of prints and drawings in the British Museum. Division I, political and personal satires, v. 9.
