Abstract: A macaroni, carrying a very tall walking cane, enrages an Irish vegetable seller when he upsets her mug of beer on the pavement. In her rage, she graps hold of his long pony tail attached to his toupeé, knocking his hat off as she pulls his head back. He looks startled but slightly amused. Beside her on the pavement is a large basket filled with vegetables (possibly cauliflower).
