A map of Stockholm with a medallion at the top depiciting the funeral memorial to Charles in gold, sent to high-ranking Swedes. The coins at the bottom represent Charles' sister and successor Ulrica Eleanora and her consort Frederick of Hesse. Other coins with runic characters and three alphabets decorate the perimeter of the map
