Description: Title devised by curator.
Unsigned; attribution to John Chute from local catalog card. A note in W.S. Lewis's hand on mounting page suggests that Thomas Gayfere, the mason who built the chapel, might instead be the artist.
Date of production based on John Chute's death date.
