Stencilled crest of Sir Thomas Phillipps stamped on recto of first flyleaf.
Bookplate: George Dunn of Woolley Hall, pasted on front pastedown.
Bookplate: Allan Heywood Bright, pasted on front pastedown.
Layout: double columns of 47 lines each.
Script: gothic textura.
Decoration: marginal notes in red ink with blue penwork. One historiated initial, in full color, depicting a horned Moses holding the tablets of the Law.
Binding: nineteenth-century brown leather; marbled endpapers. - Provenance
