Abstract: Two separate documents are recorded on the recto and verso of this papyrus. The recto and verso contain accounts. The recto is a list of taxes for year 3. The verso is perhaps a list of taxpayers.

Provenance: The Yale Papyrus Collection was held by the Yale University Library from 1899 to 1930, when it was moved to the Department of Classics. The collection was transferred from the Department of Classics to the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library gradually between 1964 and 1967. A group of items including wax tablets and mummy tags (P.CtYBR inv.4971-4985) was transferred from the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History to the Beinecke Library in 1996., Acquired by gift and purchase, 1889-2005. The dealers' names are given as Harold Idris Bell reported them in his 1927 report.|P.CtYBR inv. 160 and 161 were purchased by William Linn Westermann from M. Elgabry in Cairo, 11 January 1927.| The manuscripts were brought to Yale from the British Museum between 9 May and 11 October 1927.
