The author finished writing his book on Saturday, 17 (probably 27) Rajab, 1019 H (5 [probably 15] October , 1610) at al-Jāmiʻ al-Azʹhar. Copied on Tuesday, 14 Jumādá al-Ūlá, 1054 H (19 July, 1644) at Masjid ʻAbd al-Mājid at ʻAnabtā, a village in Jabal Nāblus by Yāsīn ibn ʻAlī al-Labadī al-Ḥanbalī al-Azʹharī for al-Shaykh ʻĪsá ibn ʻUṣfūr of the village of Barqā.
