An image derived from Henry Fuseli painting titled "The Nightmare" from 1781. The incubus has been replaced with a caricature of Napoleon. This image shows a woman asleep on a bed, a little man sitting on her chest pulling back her see-through covers, as one of her arms hangs to the floor near a chamber pot with '... Source of Nile' written on it. A book on a chair is titled 'Bruce's Travels'.
