The only copy printed on vellum for presentation to Charles de Guise, Cardinal de Lorraine, Archbishop of Rheims, the dedicatee. The binding is 17th cent. yellow morocco that originally had a medallion head in gold embossed on both boards. The head on the front board has subsequently be replaced with the arms of Michael Wodhull.
