A few people are walking in the other direction. Some small homes also line the street. Information on the back directs monetary donations to Milano, Italy.

The girl is dressed in white and is wearing an ornate white headdress. Off to the side is a table with a crucifix, candles, and flower on it. The caption indicates that they are in a hospital.
