Abstract:
Print shows a captialist seated at a table with a trade union worker. On the table near the capitalist is an open box labelled "cheap labor" out of which has popped a crudely stereotyped figure of a Asian man holding a pair of shoes; near the worker is a ballot box. Signs hang behind the figures, reading, left to right, "Manufacturer's Union," "The National Game will open immediately - Capital vs. Labor," and "Trades Union Knights of St. Crispin."

Dialog text below title: Representative manufacturer, (springing open Chinese surprise box.) "There! What do you think of that little joker." Knight of St. Crispin, "Pshaw! That's a mean trick! Autograph manuscript, signed, by "H. A. L." containing lines from Lucy Smith's Moroni's Lamentation (a Mormon hymn given to Smith in 1833 and sung in the Nephite tongue), undated but possibly created during the 19th century. The manuscript does not follow the original hymn entirely as it includes variations and additions. The hymn has reference to a battle of the Nephites against the Lamanites around the Hill Cumorah in New York State
