The King, wearing apron, over-sleeves, and top-boots, stands by a cow, an arm resting on her back, his pail at his feet, his stool behind him. Lord Conyngham, well dressed in a top hat and holding a pair of gloves, walks in front of a fence and the open window of a building behind it; sheets of paper inscribed "List of the Contents in the House" are on the sidewalk at his feet. George IV -- with the body, beard, and horns of a goat -- prods him from behind with his horns. A larger lady and a black man are seen laughing in the window in the background; posted on the wall to the left of the window is an advertisement for a Theatre Royal performance of "the farce of Husbands and Wives in which will be introduced a concerto of Horn's."
