Description:
A shield with fancy, leafed edging and surrounded by flora. Its ermine fretty has been divided by a gules fess with an or roundel at either end. In the center is a smaller shield with an argent field and divided by an azure chevron with three oak leaf clusters. Surrounding the chevron are three demi unicorns saliant; two above, one beneath. At the helm, atop a torse, is a large clawed paw grasping a staff with a fleur-de-lis at the tip. A note says that Milward was an M.D.

At the helm is a knight's helmet backed by elaborate leafing of varying shades. At the crest, atop a torse, is a cockatrice. Beneath the shield, upon a long banner, is the motto Per Ardua Stabiles.

The shield appears to be a part of a arched structure, with flowers and trees flanking it and water pouring from below. In the distance can be seen a castle.

Surrounding this are three trefoils; two above, one below. At the top of the half is a single crescent. The shield itself is edged in leafing; at the crest, upon a torse, is a lion passant.
