There is also some third-party correspondence, including a letter from William Wordsworth to Arnold's father, Thomas Arnold, and two letters to Arnold's daughter, Nelly. With seven autograph letters signed laid in. Volume inscribed: "To dear Nelly from her affectionate father Matthew Arnold. October 8th 1881."
