Traces of small, 2-line, decorative initial and rubric on f. 1r. Otherwise, text on this folio virtually illegible.
Removed from a binding: ff. 1r and 2v much damaged with loss of text.
Provenance: Purchased from Goldschmidt's in 1964 with the Edwin J. and Frederick W. Beinecke Fund.
