Abstract: Depicts a horizontal Scotsman wrapped in a letter which is floating in the air under a signpost inscribed "To London." The letter bears a round stamp "Free" and is addressed "To the Majority, St. Stephen's Westmr. Free Duke or no Duke". A reference to allegations that the Duke of Portland bribed Scottish M.P.s with money for travel
