Abstract: In a pleasant shaded setting, a fashionable young woman in a large hat sits on a bench under a large tree; she looks to left, lost in thought. In her left hand is a small book titled "Hervey's Medita."
Description: Title etched between two columns of verse.
Verse in two columns, two lines each: Such are the charms that flush the cheek, And sprakle in the eye, So from the lovely finish'd form, The transient graces fly.
Number '173' appears in lower right corner of plate.
