Description
A woman holds a large pail of water on her head while four other women look on in the background with a bucket at their feet and a large barrel nearby. Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard is blank, containing a printed title "16. L'eau arrive pour les briques...avec le sourire!" ("Water arrives for bricks... with a smile!"), information about the mission agency "Mission Catholique, a YOKO (Cameroun) C. C. Marselle 9760", and the name of the publisher "Helio Maison Jean-Bernard, editeur, St-Etienne".
