Description
52. Congo Francais - Premiere Case des Peres a Brazzaville (1885). ("52. French Congo - First House of the Fathers in Brazzaville (1885).") A missionary father stands at one end of a long thatched-roof house with five separate entrances. Three indigenous children stand near one of the doors. Postcard issued by the "Mission Catholique de Brazzaville." Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard is blank.
