Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. MISSIONS D'AFRIQUE Le Reduit en pise ou fut pris traitreusement et mis a mort le Pere de Foucauld le 4er Decembre 1916, a Tamanrasset. Four people are standing before the walls of a large, fortified stone structure constructed by Charles de Foucauld. There is a message handwritten on the back of the postcard. Printed in the margin of the correspondence section is "Soeurs Missionnaires de Notre-Dame d'Afrique Soeurs Blanches - Birmandreis (Alger)".
