Description: 11. Piroghe sul Lago Vittoria Nianza. Fu scoperto da Speke nel 1858, ha 68 mila Km.2 di superficie, all' altitudine di 1136 m. sul livello del mare. I primi Padri Bianchi lo traversarono nel 1879 per recarsi nell' Uganda. Approximately five boats are in the lake and there are a number of people on each boat.

The back of the postcard has a handwritten note and also includes information about the Catholic mission agency: "Missioni del Padri Bianchi in Africa."
