A woman and her children are standing in front of the priest, as others partaking of communion stand nearby. The second photograph's caption reads: "Fideles qui se suivent a la Sainte Communion.- Geloovigen die elkander volgen ter H. Tafel." A large group of indigenous people are sitting outside during a communion service.
The back of the postcard is blank and contains: "Coll. Elslander."
