Luapula Supérieur (Congo belge). Procure: Compte chèques 2719.01 - Werk van Don Bosco. Apost. Pref. van Boven-Luapula (Belg. Kongo)" The back of the postcard also includes the caption: "17. Ventouse (Kisumo) faite d'une corne de bête. Poste du Kakyelo (Songwe). 17. Kopglas (kisumo) gemaakt van den hoorn eener beest. Post van Kakyelo (Songwe)." Two men are sitting outside, one man has a horn attached to his head.
