Four young women with infants strapped to their backs sweep the streets with fronds from palm trees. Brick buildings are visible behind them. The back of the postcard has no handwriting. Printed in the margin of the correspondence section is "Ligue Nationale Pour la Protection de l'Enfance Noire Au Congo Belge" "Envoyez votre adhesion a la Tresoriere Mme M.
