For the author see Berlin catalog, 186, 187:1, and 4674. He was presumably the father of Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd al-Bāqī Abū al-Mawāhib (Brockelmann, II, 327).
Islamic binding, paper covered, with flap.
The title, as above, is given in the incipit, leaf 1 verso; on leaf 1 recto the title has "muʻtaqad" for "ʻaqāʾid".
