Decoration: initial large miniature of the Virgin Mary and child. Numerous burnished gold initials on red or blue grounds with foliate sprays; numerous internal initials in either burnished gold or red or blue penwork.
Binding: modern red morocco case.
Provenance: Formerly owned by Harvey Frost. Purchased from Toshiyuki Takamiya on the Edwin J. Beinecke Book Fund, 2017.
