Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital,
Hospital Number 20.475.
Peter Liberty, Private, Co. E, 1st Mass. H.A., aged 22, was admitted to Harewood U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital, April 5th, 1865, suffering from gun shot wound (shell) of back, lumbar region, left side, injuring soft parts. Wounded, March 31st 1865, at the battle of Petersburgh, Va. On admission, the condition of injured parts and constitutional state of patient were good. Result favorable. Patient was doing well when transferred to U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital at Philadelphia, Pa., May 26th, 1865.
